Defect on Arrival
If you receive a defective item, And not because of misuse such as:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund, a replacement or reject as a result of the defect.
If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
If the request is denied We reserve the right to refuse the return of the product and will not proceed further. We are not responsible for any shipping costs incurred as a result of the return of the product, and we will only re-ship the product if we have received the shipping fee and all charges incurred for return shipping to you.
